One man was so desperate to get his hands on prescription drugs that he hopped over the counter of a public pharmacy.
According to police reports, the 27-year-old suspect visited the pharmacy with the intention of stealing drugs. However, he made himself an easy target to spot on surveillance cameras as he was wearing his pajamas at the time of the robbery. After spotting him on the video feed, officers were able to identify the young man and track him down at his house. He was taken into custody without incident.
When officers searched his home, they discovered a bounty of illegal substances. The perpetrator was able to steal large amounts of Oxycodone, Methadone and Xanax, and he was also in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Along with the drug crimes, the suspect was charged with
robbery and
drug possession.
