Officers Find Suspect Wanted for Multiple Sex Crimes

After being featured on a well-known TV show that highlights criminals, a Tampa, Florida man has finally been arrested.

According to a report released by the FBI, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security, the man has long been wanted for a variety of sex crimes. His offenses include the production of child pornography and sex trafficking of minors, serious crimes that multiple agencies have been collaborating on to stop.

When officers finally tracked him down in Jersey City, thanks to a reliable tip, they not only found evidence of child pornography, but a firearm as well. Since the man is already a wanted felon, this constitutes another serious crime to add to the list against him. Police say that he is believed to have acted as a pimp for at least one 15-year-old girl, if not more, from a house in Tampa, starting in 2009.
