Teen Caught with Stun Gun and Marijuana

An anonymous call last week pointed officers in Hillsborough County, Florida to a teenager who was not only in possession of marijuana, but a stun gun as well.

When officers learned that the student was carrying a stun gun about the size of a cigarette pack, they pulled over the school bus on which he was riding. They searched his person and discovered the stun gun as well as four plastic bags of marijuana. The officers tested the stun gun and quickly learned that it was capable of operation. At this time, they are still uncertain as to why the 15-year-old boy was carrying the weapon in the first place.

The teen was charged with various weapon crimes, including felony possession of a weapon, as well as felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
