A suspect was caught on camera several weeks ago trying to lift a display phone from a Verizon wireless store. According to reports, the individual was a white male between 30 and 45 years of age. He looked to be approximately 200 pounds and had short brown hair.
The suspect was recorded on a surveillance camera when he entered a Verizon store, walked over to the display shelf and cut the security cord in a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. The alarm in the building sounded when the security cord was cut, and the suspect ran out of the front door with the phone in hand. The cell phone was valued at around $700, making this a very serious crime.
