In a recent case, one of our clients had been accused of violation his probation by failing to report and for failing to meet the original terms ordered by the court. He turned to the criminal defense lawyers from our firm for help, and we were successful in setting a court date. At this point, our client did not even need to be arrested and was not booked into jail. During the hearing before the judge, we were successful in persuading the judge that our client had been able to complete a large majority of her punishment, and had been able to meet many of the conditions that were originally set forth in the probation. In the end, the judge agreed with the case that our firm presented and terminated our client's probation entirely.
