Burglary Lookout Found Asleep

It is being reported that on October 10, while 22-year-old Juan Jesus Hernandez and 29-year-old Oscar Montoya were inside of a Florida Wachovia bank attempting to rob the place, their lookout 23-year-old Ricardo Barrios fell asleep in the parking lot.

Responding to the alarm, police found him asleep. When attempting to apprehend the criminals, Montoya surrendered, while Hernandez attempted to hide above the ceiling. Police dogs eventually found his hiding spot.

Barrios has since been charged with resisting arrest while both Montoya and Hernandez are now facing charges of burglary.
