Tampa Homicide Suspect Turns Himself in

In Hillsborough County this Thursday, a wanted suspect turned himself in for homicide at the Orient Road Jail at 6:30 p.m. At that time he was officially charged for first degree murder of a twenty year old victim, O.W. According to police reports, the suspect R.D.S. had the intention of confronting and fighting the victim over the fight the two men had the day before; this fight acting as pay back. The police have a video recording showing the suspect walking up to the home of the victim and when the door was opened R.D.S opened fire and shot the victim multiple times after their conversation.

The video shows the suspect clearly shooting the victim while using a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun. The victim died not long after the shooting at the scene of the incident. The witness who caught the entire even ton camera identified the suspect through the surveillance camera footage.
