Underage Alcohol Charges Dropped; Student's Record Remains Clean

One of our clients was arrested for having an alcoholic beverage and being under 21 at the Gasparilla Parade. Our client was a college student with no prior record. We spoke to the State Attorney about the need for our client to avoid any criminal charges on his record—the State offered to drop the charges if our client preformed 16 hours of community service. Our client performed those hours and charges were dismissed.

Many times students are charged with criminal offenses while in school; as they will soon be starting a career, it is vital to make sure their records remain clean. At Thomas & Paulk, we understand the importance of a clean record and we do all we can to help resolve your criminal case without a criminal record.
