Jeff Thomas
As a native to the state of Florida, Attorney Jeff Thomas is proud to protect the rights of its residents. As the son of a Broward County Sheriff Deputy, he also brings a comprehensive understanding of the law—not just shallow book learning. For him, practicing law isn’t just about theory, but action and results. His case record has made him one of the most experienced defense attorneys in Hillsborough County.

Education
He attended the University of Florida, where he graduated from in 1993 with honors. After, he attended the Stetson College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. Thomas has experience as a certified legal intern at Sarasota County State Attorney's Office, and also interned at the United States Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida.
In 1997, he was admitted both to the Florida and Federal Bar. After being admitted to practice, Thomas spent time as a Felony Prosecutor at the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County. He spent time as the lead trial attorney in the felony division and was lead counsel in felony cases, as well as misdemeanor and traffic offenses.
Thomas has also graduated from the Florida Prosecuting Attorney's DUI School, Prosecution School and Evidence School and has attended several seminars involving all facets of criminal law. With extensive and continuous training, Thomas is able to provide a cutting-edge defense to all his clients.
